thx for the input guys one more question tho...if i do use teflon tape is it just the kind u get from the hardware store and what DOES it do for u? P.S. i guess that is two questions lol

for those of u who hav the func mouse pads... do u guys use ne kind of protection on your mouse feet, like teflon tape or ne thing...im asking b/c im thinking about getting one but i dont want to mess up my beautiful mx510
