From my experience so far in Cata raids, practically every boss fight requires a lot of movement and many require good AOE capability. So it would seem that fire fits the bill for that.

I've done all heroics many times on Quantim. If you guys want to do random heroics I can definitely help out with DPS and strats. Quantim is a 352 ilvl shadow priest for those who might not know.

Well with tailoring you can embroider your own cloak with lightweave and you can do the best leg enchant very cheaply with some tailoring thread.

You should be doing Tol Barad dailies. They give more than any other daily I've come across and the faction rewards are very nice, the exalted trinkets in particular.

It's the same thing, should happen every time. Inner Focus CD reduced by 5 sec from casting gheal.

I use my off-spec for a disc build.

If you have 2/2 train of thought when you smite you have a 100% chance to reduce CD of penance by .5 seconds. It works fine for me, there's no proc chance, it just happens always.

It's not more efficient. Greater heal is more efficient.
