    Brawl anyone?

I don't think lag is something that can be fixed. But generally unless we get a player that lives on the other side of the world it usually isn't that bad. Facebook isn't really my cup of tea, but feel free to pass along what I said and invite them to play. :-)

    Brawl anyone?

I guess no-one plays this anymore...That's a shame. It's the only other multilayer Wii game I have time for besides Mario Kart.

Older model Canon Printer and Scanner

We actually left it open for anyone who wanted them to just take them after the service, but because they are not usb, newer computers can't use them I suppose. Our office computers are rather dated. Offering them here was a last resort before just scrapping them. They had a good run though.

Older model Canon Printer and Scanner

Our church office has received some new equipment and so we have our old printer and scanner no longer being used. I'd like to make these things available to anyone here who could use them. No charge at all except for the cost to ship it to you. The printer is a Canon BubbleJet BJC-2110...

    Pokémon

Greetings Forre, and welcome to the forums. I am just going to take this from the top and make some comments. On Games Do I believe a game can have an evil attached to it? Yes, absolutely! There was a time many years ago now when I picked up a game in ignorance because it was recommended to...

    Infant Baptism?

Mr. Khan, you are correct that in order to have any meaningful discussion between us, you must understand my intent and my views. I admit that I do not understand your use of the word “slogan” here. The Blood of Christ is certainly more than a slogan; but to clarify what I meant: When I use...

    Brawl anyone?

Okay so a few of us here have picked up SSB Brawl again after a couple of years off, and we think that we have actually formed a semi-decent team. It seems though that the only way for multiple people on a single console to play a 2-vs-2 online is via the "With Friends" option and it cannot be...

    Infant Baptism?

I believe Mr. Khan has dual-quoted both Llorens post and my own, which has introduced some confusion: however I do thank you for your questions because I realize I may not have been very detailed in my last post because I was a bit pressed for time, so I will correct that oversight now. The...

    Infant Baptism?

To answer this question, one must ask another question: What is the purpose of the baptism? If the purpose of the baptism (in water) is for the sanctification of the infant/person/whatever. Then it is not sufficient because only Christ can do this. If it is for some other purpose, such as a...

    Colorado Shooting Question

I had this question posed to me a lot this last Sunday. Everything is always traced back to the spirit. People can have perfect lives on the outside in this world, but their spirit is still sick without the life-giving power of Christ within. So many people say they were shocked by what...

    Corpfox Giveaway Contest

My main machines are all *nix based so I'm hardly ever on Steam as I don't have any access to Windows. However if I win, I will donate to another gamer in our congregation here. 772,853

How to play Xenoblade Chronicles if you live in America

Thanks Tek! will do it tonight. As an aside, how did you generate that report? Might be useful at some point.

Prayer request and advice for glucose meters

I will certainly pray for you... however I would ask that you agree with me in prayer for something larger. Never ever limit God. The enemy will try to shock you and shake your faith. Do not simply ask God to help you control this, believe Him for complete healing. I can say this with...

How to play Xenoblade Chronicles if you live in America

So here's an update: I did the mod... took me longer than expected because the original guide I was following seemed to assume that the reader knew what they were doing, and not a complete newbie such as I am to all of this. After about four hours (not joking!) I had my Wii modded, with...

    new 3ds owner :)

Tek, I believe it is the disc itself, -- although I don't see any scratches on the surface, no other game has this problem... just Mario Kart. I will probably pick up a cheap used copy of Mario Kart to test my theory; however once I get it working, I will be very interested in playing games...

I'm actually surprised you are allowed to browse forums at work, period. Let alone a gaming related forum. That aside, nice idea with the separate accounts. :)

    new 3ds owner :)

I have been debating whether to get a 3DS or not... Is the 3D effect good? Does the effect get "lost" easily? What I mean by that is, if I'm playing it on a bumpy bus ride or an aircraft with some mild turbulence, will my vision be constantly shifting between the 3d zone and out again? These...

    You know what I miss?

I miss Game Discs (and carts) -- but not because of bugs or patches, but simply because digital games such as Steam can not be traded or resold. We used to trade NES and Gameboy games in my neighborhood quite often, and the main way I ever got new games -- and still do, is by selling and...
