Agreed. It probably would've been better to do it that way and old a fuzzy private beta which users could apply to freely, but I wanted to get it out sooner rather than later due to some scheduling things coming up. But I don't think I did too terribly bad.

Regarding that: I don't think your sig would violate the etiquette guidelines, as that blank space is there because of the size of the left column. The height of that space is dependent on your post length, not the content of the signature, so no additional violation is in order for this type...
