1.9 Patch Notes (Confirmed by Blizz)

Theres a post on the forums called Blue: Tell if these are fake, and inside is a link to here, which has some suposed 1.9 patch notes.

Well blue seems to have confirmed that the notes are for real.

They're not "leaked". We're in the process of setting up the PTR, and as such, the notes are available.

Keep in mind, however, that being the PTR notes, they're an early draft, and not all changes may be on them.
