oh my oh my, sorry that I didn't get to your question sooner, I've been feeling not so great lately...anyhow...
I believe that a pollywog and a tadpole are basically the same just depends on which type of frog/toad lays the egg....I have seen pollywogs that just look like really big tadpoles, and that is pretty much how it has been explained to me....
I can research further, but I'm thinking for now we'll just call them by their given names -- which will be Seth Alan for a boy and (possibly) Heather Jade for a girl, still thinking about the first name, middle name will definately be Jade. (a living jewel)
