Easier way to take total control, Vibro. Line item veto the congressional budget where it pertains to the actual running of Congress (building maintenance, salary, etc.) and they can't fight against you. Then you can just do the same to the Supreme Court, except keep their building. Then you can just take their resignations, appoint your own judges, and rule the world!!! muahahahahaha!!!
