Ok,

So my head is spinning like crazy.

Too many people in too small an area and too few mobs.

I'm having the opposite problem - mobs keep spawning on top of me and my mage can't get five seconds to drink.

The rapid spawning thing can be a blessing or a curse. It makes it easy to get quotas (kill X amount of drooling slobber fangs) ... as long as you're equipped enough to handle them. When they start to get the best of me I kite them away from the spawning spot. I know it can be frustrating though .Blizzard should fix this.

I bet for a caster its a little harder..But when I was pulling 1 or 2 mobs, more would spawn on the dead body. I'm lovin it. I'm able to jump out of my form heals up and jump back in...Or just get in some swim form or travel form and run off faster than they can run.
