There are ways of determining whether someone is a False Prophet.
Christ Himself gave us a Criteria -- "You would know a Tree by its Fruits" and "a False Prophet will be a Wolf in Sheeps Clothing" -- that is, a predator.
Me? My campaign is against doctrines that minimize the importance of righteousness, and penance. So far there have been no fruits. but the direction is pure. Or perhaps there have been some Fruits -- before I had been extremely Antisemitic. But since my campaign has begun I have realized that the False Doctrines that attacked Righteousness also attacked the Jews. Paul, though Jewish himself, used Antisemitism to convert his Greek audiance, and, through his writings, was subtly institutionalized within The Church. So, now, in principle, I can no longer be Anti-semitic. Ouch! Would we not agree that this is a good fruit? If my reforms bring reconciliation, and that which I am against had only fomented hate down through the centuries, then who is True and who is False?
Also, there is the matter of being a predator -- a Wolf in
Sheep's Clothing. When have I acted a 'sheep'? Have I not been loud and boisterous and even obnoxious? I have not tried to insinuate into your hearts with any artfully created persona. What sheep would call itself "Leo"? But even with being rough, I have been no predator. I have asked for nothing and have not given the hint of asking for anything. I am simply pushing what I perceive to be The Truth.
The rest of you -- those who disagree with me. Well, you really don't have the center of gravity -- the substance and mass to be considered True or False. You are followers. You have a party line, and you may even have opinions. but I haven't seen a whole lot of Vision.

Though we all know he is not the Messiah, i would suggest that you do as i did, and go look up the meaning of the word "idiot"....by Webster's it means "a fool".
And since Yeshua/Jesus said call no man a fool, i suppose it would do all of us well to try very hard in the future to use the word "ignoramous" instead.
i know it will be difficult, for the one is made to say and the other does not roll off the tongue so easily, but if you try for six months, you will CONQUER this error. amen

No, I don't think Leo is a false prophet (just really noticed the topic title). He hasn't done any prophesying. Hasn't come to sway us to anything. Really, besides being a jerk at times, all he has done is tell his side of the story and why he thinks he's right.
We've all done that, so if Leo is a falsie, then we're all a buncha M. Monroes, b/c we've propagated the truth as we perceive it, with or without God. And Leo may or may not be with God (his logic seems to be circular concerning anti-Semitism, Jews and righteousness). So far, does it matter? He tells his side, and we, it would seem, merely tolerate. And nothing more. I wish we here at CGA did more than tolerate: we embraced, almost, is what I wish. Not encourage in false doctrine or lies or self-deceit, but embrace and welcome, rather than tolerate. Like adelpit. We tolerate him. And it's hard to do anything else BUT tolerate him. But we are to love and embrace (and that does not mean be unprofiling and welcoming of all talk and action and habit and manner). Not just stand.
