Both WeGame and Xfire provide free game capturing software, haven't tried Xfire, but WeGame is very good, and can do full HD...

I've used Xfire.

Use it only when you have a huge HDD capacity.

A 3 min video from Xfire can go up to 10GB.

However, the quality is perfect.
