This seems an odd topic, but you will not believe how hard it is find a free translator for latin on the web.

so here is my question: What does Pugio In Averso Belli mean? It is a phrase used in Hostile Waters and I think it means 'Fighting to stop War' or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Or possibly just 'Weapon to Stop war' or some such.

Given the game, I'd say "Minds saved onto sillicon chips to stop war".

Antaeus Rising? Is that a sequel to Hostile Waters? If so, tell me where to find it!!
