Archeology - how we love thee

I'm not sure what exactly that addon does (even AFTER reading the article), but I use archy, and it does everything I need from an Archaeology addon...
 
there are a couple screen shots at the bottom of the article.
looks cool.
but i think that will take too much resources (and real estate on the screen) when you are not doing arch
 
That's one thing I like about Archy - you can toggle it off when not using it my clicking the minimap button. I would assume this addon would have the same feature...
 
i just tried out what's mentioned in the article
it's pretty nice
so i downloaded GatherMate2, Archaology and archy

one of these gives a heads up display
and one tracks the locations that you picked up artifacts.
so the next time you go there you can find it quicker

it also works with herb and mining.

i think they are good
 
Gathermate2 is just fantastic for gathering in general. Grab the data addon as well and it will import all the nodes from Wowhead.
