Daytime Raiding Guilds
There used to be a website called www.daytimeraiding.com that had a list of numerous day time raiding guilds across many servers. Unfortunately the website was just recently taken down. You might be able to find an old cached version of the site if you dig online hard enough.
While not specifically a Christian guild, I would suggest you consider looking into my old guild Morning Glory. It's a Feathermoon (US RP) guild established in January 2009. They have a strict PG rating for all Morning Glory activities -- guild chat, website forums, and ventrillo. As such, you wont find many of the "topics of discussion" commonly found in raiding guilds.

They are currently experiencing some turnover as the LK content is stale at the moment and raiders get bored, so they are seeking new raiders in all roles.
As stated above, I am no longer a member of MG. This is due to RL changes -- I had my first baby girl 2 months ago and resigned from raid leadership in order to focus on her. I've canceled my account for the time being as well, since I have yet to find consistent downtime for 30 minutes per day, much less for 4 hours three days a week. Lol!
