Here's "highlights" from the article.

"Passers-by were too late to stop the attack by the black squirrels in a village in the far east, which reportedly lasted about a minute.

They are said to have scampered off at the sight of humans, some carrying pieces of flesh.

A pine cone shortage may have led the squirrels to seek other food sources, although scientists are sceptical."

Do you guys have any idea what this means? We could be facing a large squirrel insurrection should there be a massive drought of pine cones around the world.

Next time you see this, be very cautious.

What, no outrage?!? Where are the angry mobs grabbing pitchforks and torches and moving towards the trees in attempt to flush out the squirrels from their hiding places?!?

THEY MAY LOOK CUTE, BUT THIS IS A FABRICATED LIE PEOPLE!!! They're actually vicious monsters masquerading as fluffy little innocent rodents!!!

I don't believe this for one minute, this story is bogus. A dog would own those rodents or run. Do you think a squirrel can catch a dog running? haha that would be something to see. If anything, the dog was probably dead and the squirrels came to see if it was a possible food source.

While squirrels without sources of protein might attack birds' nests, he said, the idea of them chewing a dog to death was "absurd".

Yeah...this is just locals wanting/trying to get on the news, im sure.
