Best place to sell used textbooks online?

I'm wanting to sell about ten or so used textbooks. What's the best site to use to sell them?

I'm also interested in selling a few other items (including my Dreamcast Desert Eagle lightguns), but I'm willing to use two different sites (one for textbooks, another for everything else).

after visiting the University Book Store I flat out told them "I would rather watch my $150 text book burn in a fire then sell it back to you for 20 bucks so you can resell it at $90 !!!"

I wouldn't do ebay for books.

I have a friend that starting buying and selling used books on Amazon and Half.com. He and his wife to go estate sales, thrift stores, etc and look for used books in good condition and then the list them online. He's been making around $1000/month just by selling used books!

When I was talking to him recently, he mentioned that text books will usually sell the best. The secret though is that you have to make sure that you are the lowest price.

Fortunately for me, the college where I'm taking classes rents the books.

i sale books and game on the enternet and from experiance i would say sale your books at amazon and sale your light guns at ebay. book DO NOT sale at ebay. :)

Considering Half.com is owned by eBay, I think you'd be good with either. However, I think Amazon is more popular. If it were my choice, I'd go with Amazon.

According to my friend, it's a case by case thing with Half and Amazon. Check and see which you can have the low price on while getting the most money for you. You could also list things on both, but he said that you have to make sure that you update the remove the other item listing after it sells. He said that double listing is fine for a few books, but it gets to hard to manage when you're listing a lot of books.
