Please vote for your choice of farming run for next Sunday's "Build Your Wealth" night. I will be available at 9:30pm EST to lead a group.

We could actually do two farming runs at different times on this date. An afternoon run at 3:00pm EST seems to have a lot of folks online. If anyone would be available to lead this group, please post here. I will be unavailable at 3:00pm EST.

Hopefully we can put up a weekly poll on what farming run to do each week. We can post up to 10 different options for farming runs in these polls. If you would like to see other farming runs then post them here and we will include them in next weeks poll.

These are all generally high level farming runs. For lower level folks just message me in-game anytime and I will be glad to help you harvest charr hides out of Piken Square or Ft. Ranik.

I think that a couple of Oro groups would be best followed by Fow or Uw. I think Final Assault may not get as much response as its the last part of the sorrows quests. I for one have not completed all the sorrows quests on any of my characters.
 
The Orozar quest can be completed over and over again (and the resulting XP can be gained over and over again also). No one has to "have the quest". Your party just picks Orozar Highstone up in Grenths on their way into Sorrows to trigger the quest.

To farm Final Assault, only one member of the party has to have the quest in their quest log (I still have it). You pick up Ennis Granitestrider and Budger Blackpowder just outside the door of War Camp and they follow you into Sorrows. Once you actually finish the Final Assault quest you cannot farm it any more unless a different member of your party has it in their quest log. We do not actually finish the quest when we farm it like we do Oro.

There is also another type of Sorrows quest called "no quest" farming. Final Assault has 6 bosses, Orozar has 9 bosses and "no quest" has 12 bosses.

Final Assault is quickest and always has Rago. Orozar is rather lengthy, sometimes has Rago and is the only one where Bortak appears. No quest never has Rago or Bortak but has 2 bosses that appear nowhere else......Tarnok Forgerunner and the Fleshweaver guy. It also takes more time than either of the others.
 
We ran a guild "no quest" into SF the other day. I thought I remembered finding Rago, but not getting any green drops. Great fun but not very profitable.
 
ive seen much more greens from the few FA runs than i have many oros
 
Personally i think simply running SF with OUT any of the 4 quests is really fun (there are little quests in there alot like the underworld and FoW) plus there are several bosses only there when you do not do a quests, thus making some of the drops more valuable (such as Gordac Fleshweaver, who's needle i want...) simply because no one ever gets them. so that is my vote.
but any SF run(s) or either Underworld or FoW are good... and i would like to try out IDS.... so yeah, im open to anything.. i gues....
 
IDS runs are usually more productive by yourself in my opinion but go pretty fast with a group. But as far as reward vs time I still think FOW is the best. But Tomb runs are really fun and you are pretty much guarenteed a green drop at the end. Well some are.
 
Fissure of Woe is leading right now for tonight's run. I don't intend to vote unless its to break a tie.

Just in case it does win here are the requirements:
1) America has to have Favor of the Gods
2) You have to have Temple of Ages on your map
3) You must be ascended (Anet rule, not mine)

A FoW team is usually a traditional group of 2 Monks, a battery Necro, 2 warriors, and 3 damage dealers of some kind. Of course we can modify this as needed if its an all-guild group.

Atown if you bring that Ele its time he was an Ele. You will be a nuker, not a tank or battery. I can't believe you haven't been on a pet/barrage group with him yet......lol.
