Well, if you are thinking about purchasing it then get it.

A few of us spent some time there last night and the drops and rewards are beyond anything that drops in the regular world. greens from quests almost as good as my tier one armor.

It is pretty crazy.
 
Why oh why did they have to taunt us with the possibility of having a snow day today, only to cruelly snatch away any hope with thier early morning anouncement that regular schedule is in effect? Oh well, after class I'm picking up my copy at Best Buy. Thanksfully class is over at 12:30 today so I'll have all afternoon to play.
 
/cry, my family is busy useing the car, I can't go to get it till about 7PM >.< and from what everyone is saying, they will all be gone by then. :(
 
My Shaman's name is Periah. But I doubt youll see her much, I'm too busy leveling Osirys.
 
Made a BE pally toon on the PvP server of Haomarush with Hezron and Sarugon, his name is Mishmannah (yay 4 geneolegys in 1 Chronicles;) ).
 
I've made my BE and Draenai toons but I've decided not to touch them just yet. I may hop on them to get guild invites but other than that, Meli will be the one I'm mostly on unless I have to do things on Heavencent.
 
BC Drops

Icthus is totally right. The green items are awesome in the BC areas, and relatively easy to acquire. The BC Strategy guide states that it will be fairly easy for the casual player to get the equivalent of Tier 1, 2, and 3 armor. For the Tier 4 and 5 stuff however, it will take a more committed player.

I think we are going to need good items for the challenges that lie ahead. =OO

This should balance the game out really well. I have to say that as a Pally i am pwning those demons in BC haha!
 
The quest rewards are great in outland, and iam having so much fun playing 2 lvl 60 characters right now,yes i did get my mage mortimor to 60 today, so now i have 2 60 characters so if anyone needs help and need either a hunter or mage just give augustious or mortimor a holler, also i have a lvl 6 dranei pally named tsugua and i really like the dranei and being a pally so far. I hope to start doing some instance runs there in hellfire or where ever them instances are to see what they are like.
 
well from the sound of things this weekend is going to be very...fun. I can't wait to get my hands on some decent gear, because the crap I have now kinda stinks. I still don't have a single-non PvP reward-level 60 item, so I have some work to do before I can really start running HFC.
 
Honostly...the first 2 Hellfire instances aren't that hard. They're small and fairly simple. Nothing really to them. As for your gear....it probably won't really matter. The only person in the party that really needs "good" gear might be the tank for the last boss in Hellfire Ramparts. FR is a nice thing to have for him as a tank. X_x
 
I suppose that's true, but the only time I tried running it was the day I got the game, and in outland it was very very very laggy >.< and the group we had wasn't the best, we had a shadow priest healing (and pulling half the time) and a pally tanking, then there were two hunters and me. If I managed to get a group of people that actually could make it all the way I don't think I would have to big a problem.
 
So far it has been a lot of fun. I might have to get my hunter out and dust the moth's off her. It's been almost a year since I've played her.

It's not that bad with a pally tank and shadow priest. Quantam and I are a great team in those instances! So far we've done Ramparts and Blood Furnace about five times each together, and have done Coilfang twice (wow, that instance is a blast!). WTB more dungeons!

If you have any questions about the boss fights or anything be sure to ask. I'm not going to post them publicly on the forums yet, because it's so much more fun to learn the experience yourself and I don't want to ruin it for everyone, but if you want a heads-up I'll let you know what to expect via tells.

I wanted to go to Coifang....but I think I wanted to hit 61 more. If people are on LATE tonight.....I'm up for anything....and by LATE....I mean after 9pm server time. (It's Friday =) )
