Buying a rig?

Hey all,
I have an xbox360, but I really want to play Team Fortress 2. I was wondering where the best place to buy a quality gaming PC at a fair price would be. I'm also wondering how much I should expect to spend on a PC that can run games like Team Fortress 2. Other than that, I just want to play low requirement games like Quake Live etc.

You could probably spend $500 on a machine like that. If you don't need a monitor you might even be able to run cheaper.
