Cant poor lava

Trying to make a cooker and I think you have a setting where we cant poor lava it disappears after i try to poor it. Is there any way to fix this?
 
I woke up this morning and it still wont let me poor it. It just disappears I try poring it on different surfaces still disappears. I did notice after poring lava out my bucket and it is empty I log out and come back in. The buckets are all full again.
 
I actually saw this once before, long ago. When pouring the lava, try to aim your target on the wall instead of the floor. For some reason, that seems to give better results. Not sure if it will help in this case or not, but thought I'd give my 2 iron bars to the topic.
 
Yes I know what ya mean but thats not it. I have done both when trying to put it down on the floor and wall
