i call it the saint symbol because other than the French flag, the only place i've seen it is football (New Orleans Saints)

For those of you who haven't logged in our are part of the extended alliance family, I changed the cape late last night. SoE got the matched version of the screenshot while the minor difference I chose for SOE was a less worn edge on the cape.
