Change In Guild Structure

The officers and I have discussed some changes that would be benefical to the guild as far as structuring(Ranks within the guild).

We've come up with this proposed Structure as some of you saw who were online just now, I apologize for the mass blinding of yellow. So please Read carefully.

The new guild structure will look like this now...

When the Servers come back up I'll be implementing the new ranking system. In the next day or so We'll have elections for all previously unfilled positions

1. Guild leader(Rank) Current - Gnimish
2. Co-Guild Leaders
- Co-Guild Leader Current -
- Co-Guild Leader Current -

3. Officers(Rank)
- Head Raid Coordinator - ?
- Head Recruiter - ?
- Guild bank - ?
- Living In Christ Leader - Vunderlord
- Head Class Leader - ?

4. Recruiters - Mirakle, Quantum, Powderpuff

5. Activity Coordinators(Consists of Raid Leader, members of the Living In Christ Staff)

6. Class leaders(Consists of Mage, Priest, Warlock, Hunter, Warrior, Rogue, Paladin, Druid) Consisting of 1 person at the most 2 from each class(Preferably a level 60)
Toons in this rank must be knowledgable of there class and be able and willing to help their respective classes.

Recommendations for all Ranks will be brought to the guild by the current officers(even the guild leader rank) and the guild will vote on them. There will be NO campaigning by nominees but they must stand on their own merit and their contribution to the guild.

As an aside, it's shedding season for the druids. I've been finding a lot of fur tufts floating around. Someone should volunteer to apply a shedding comb on a regular basis. ****pulls out the shedding combs and volunteers with dual wield brushes****

You can take this list with a grain of salt if you choose to. I thought about who I thought would be good at each position given what I know about them. I've worked alongside many people and believe the would all make positive contributions. I nominated people who I thought have unique attributes to bring to the table.

Guess I'll have to get the guild roster out and make my choices; you all are so great, not sure where I'll start.
