My First Chracter Fiona Dredd E/Mo Lvl 20 was rushed a little to lvl 20 I was told you can max out about 3 different skills I can only max out 1 and a half did I miss something?

You probably still need to do the 2x 15point attribute quests. The first one starts right after you finish the quest "The Forgotten Ones" out of the desert. The second one requires you to finish a 2nd profession change quest and then talk to Vaynil (sp?) in Droknor's Forge. With 30 extra attribute points and the use of runes, you should be able to max close to 3.

I believe that after you get the two 15 point attribute quests done, the attributes distribution, if they are all primary class attributes, would be able to get to 12, 12, 11:

11 + 1 minor rune
10 + minor rune + head armor
10 + minor rune

These can go higher with major and/or superior runes.
