Class changes coming in 3.1

Who would have thought we would hear "We need a ret pally or survival hunter or we can't raid"? I find it kinda funny. That is quite the 180 degree change from back in the day. Yes I did not include shadow priests. You have been regening mana for years now and have secured spots in raids because of it.
 
...of course, they could just take off the 1 potion per fight restriction and this wouldn't be a problem...

Survival Hunter, Ret Pally, Shadow Priest, Frost Mage, or Affliction lock. It should be very trivial to find mana regen now.
 
Has anyone seen the new ammo changes have been aborted in 3.1? They still get rid of quivers though.
 
they havent been aborted... its still how it says in the notes its just not how they want it to be yet... they are just making changes to make it so you dont even use it but they are working on getting that to work so now its just going to be one HUGE stack
 
the mp5 thing worries me because as ive noticed over leveling brugalin , more and more gear pieces are removing mp5 and replaing it with haste/crit which makes sence in the fact that holy pallys get part of there mana back when they crit on a heal but what if you go though a fight getting 10 or less crits?
you would run out of mana very quickly if it involves casting holy light more then three times. my biggest concern is the devine plea , ive had to use that a number of time when healing instences and questing to save my life but as it is being increases to 50% , that makes it less useable in those situations .
blizzard is already to blame for the loss of many holy pallys due to more blue gear from quest rewards being ret or prot oriented yet they continue to make it worse.sooner or later , there will be very few holy pallys left who want to heal.
 
Holy pallies rock! As for quest items not being for holy pallies.....I think you would have to be a turtle/snail to want to level holy anyways....so slow. The divine plea thing...I haven't seen it be an issue as of yet really, not even in the eye. Now if only the tanks waited until I had at least half mana to pull......
