Our church works very closely with the church in Laos (communist country). Today we had a speaker come and tell us of the progress. In Laos the church is out lawed but is thriving. In the past month several of the church leaders were arrested. However, They began to convert the other prisoners and then they all began to sing worship songs all day long. The prison guard complained to his bosses "why did you arrest these guys, all they do is sing and i hate those songs!" They got so tired of the songs that they let them go! They also had a deaf person come to one of their servises. He could not hear the good news so they all prayed for him and by the end of the servis he was completely healed! In the past months they have had 20+ converts just in their own church! I thought this was really cool and would encourage you all to pray for them and that the rest of the church leaders may be released.
