You can either submit or critique the submissions.
In either case i know alot of people do not venture past the creative writing forum but it is well worth a look. With this contest and other threads there is no requirement to be a professional writer and you can get involved posting as little as 300 words. Also check out and take part in some of the other threads while you are there
