Um...there isn't a free "legal" CS:S game.
However, if you buy Half-Life 2, CS:S is free for download.

I have halflife 2 and i can't find a free cs:s download. Do you know where can i find it?

- Move to My Games tab.
- Right Click Counter Strike: Source
- Click Install game...
- Follow the instructions and wait till it is completely downloaded and updated

Been there done that. It isn't an option in my games. I don't think it will let me because half life came with orange box.

Oh I forgot, you can buy CS:S itself.
They sell them separately, Half-Life 2 and CS:S.

That does suck, when I got my HL2, CS:S came with it, though, I paid it for almost $70 CDN.

I got Halflife 2, and the serial code was invalid and steam did NOTHING about it! This was back when it was $50...so I decided not to mess with trying it again...even now...ticked me off...
