Okay so I do two- Fishing & Cooking.

What else should I be doing?

Which factions have dailies?

Which make most money?
 
You should be doing Tol Barad dailies. They give more than any other daily I've come across and the faction rewards are very nice, the exalted trinkets in particular.
 
Therazene dailies in Deepholm are good for money / rep. Once you hit exalted you get access to all the best shoulder enchants.

Wildhammer Clan in Twilight Highlands good for money / rep. Revered has head enchant for melee.

Quantum is right about Tol Barad. Great place.
 
deepholm quests should all be done to complete the storyline there, which opens up the new Therazene faction which is the new Hodir for shoulder enchants.
