Drink from the LIVING WATER

Wirl

on to something new...
John 4:7-15 (MsgB)
A woman, a Samaritan, came to draw water. Jesus said, "Would you give me a drink of water?" [8] (His disciples had gone to the village to buy food for lunch.)
[9] The Samaritan woman, taken aback, asked, "How come you, a Jew, are asking me, a Samaritan woman, for a drink?" (Jews in those days wouldn't be caught dead talking to Samaritans.)
[10] Jesus answered, "If you knew the generosity of God and who I am, you would be asking me for a drink, and I would give you fresh, living water."
[11] The woman said, "Sir, you don't even have a bucket to draw with, and this well is deep. So how are you going to get this 'living water'? [12] Are you a better man than our ancestor Jacob, who dug this well and drank from it, he and his sons and livestock, and passed it down to us?"
[13] Jesus said, "Everyone who drinks this water will get thirsty again and again. [14] Anyone who drinks the water I give will never thirst—not ever. The water I give will be an artesian spring within, gushing fountains of endless life."
[15] The woman said, "Sir, give me this water so I won't ever get thirsty, won't ever have to come back to this well again!"

PRAISE BE TO OUR GOD!!!

:D

Yeah Glory to God forever! And now we have that water because of Jesus. Jesus is the living water of Truth. So let us drink and be full of the righteousness of God that is freely given to us. Amen!

Don't be a "faint-heart!"

Matthew 14:22-33 (MsgB)
As soon as the meal was finished, he insisted that the disciples get in the boat and go on ahead to the other side while he dismissed the people. [23] With the crowd dispersed, he climbed the mountain so he could be by himself and pray. He stayed there alone, late into the night.
[24] Meanwhile, the boat was far out to sea when the wind came up against them and they were battered by the waves. [25] At about four o'clock in the morning, Jesus came toward them walking on the water. [26] They were scared out of their wits. "A ghost!" they said, crying out in terror.
[27] But Jesus was quick to comfort them. "Courage, it's me. Don't be afraid."
[28] Peter, suddenly bold, said, "Master, if it's really you, call me to come to you on the water."
[29] He said, "Come ahead."
Jumping out of the boat, Peter walked on the water to Jesus. [30] But when he looked down at the waves churning beneath his feet, he lost his nerve and started to sink. He cried, "Master, save me!"
[31] Jesus didn't hesitate. He reached down and grabbed his hand. Then he said, "Faint-heart, what got into you?"
[32] The two of them climbed into the boat, and the wind died down. [33] The disciples in the boat, having watched the whole thing, worshiped Jesus, saying, "This is it! You are God's Son for sure!"

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE MASTER!!!

PRAISE BE TO GOD!!!

*NOTE*

When Jesus said, "it's me," in verse 27, it is the same way of saying I AM, as from Exodus 3:14.

HE IS THE GREAT I AM!!! PRAISE TO THE MASTER OF THE UNIVERSE!!!

:D

ALL YOU CAN DO IS BELIEVE!!!

Ephes. 2:7-10 (MsgB)
Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. [8] Saving is all his idea, and all his work. All we do is trust him enough to let him do it. It's God's gift from start to finish! [9] We don't play the major role. If we did, we'd probably go around bragging that we'd done the whole thing! [10] No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing. (emphasis added)

THANK YOU AND PRAISE YOU JEHOVAH! GREAT AND MIGHTY KING!!!

:D ;)

Take off your gloves...

Titus 1:10-16 (MsgB)
For there are a lot of rebels out there, full of loose, confusing, and deceiving talk. Those who were brought up religious and ought to know better are the worst. [11] They've got to be shut up. They're disrupting entire families with their teaching, and all for the sake of a fast buck. [12] One of their own prophets said it best:

The Cretans are liars from the womb,
barking dogs, lazy bellies.

[13] He certainly spoke the truth. Get on them right away. Stop that diseased talk of Jewish make-believe and made-up rules [14] so they can recover a robust faith. [15] Everything is clean to the clean-minded; nothing is clean to dirty-minded unbelievers. They leave their dirty fingerprints on every thought and act. [16] They say they know God, but their actions speak louder than their words. They're real creeps, disobedient good-for-nothings.

PRAISE AND THANK YOU GOD THAT YOU ARE THE AUTHOR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS!

To those who would distract and decieve there is consequences and God has turned them over to there blindness.

The Truth says in 2 Peter 2:17-22 about them and the consequences of there deceptions are as follows:

These are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm; for them the nether gloom of darkness has been reserved.

For uttering loud boasts of folly, they entice with licentious passions of the flesh men who have barely escaped from those who live in error.

They promise them freedom, but they themselves are slaves of corruption; for whatever overcomes a man, to that he is enslaved.

For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overpowered, the last state has become worse for them than the first.

For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the Holy commandment delivered to them.

It has happened to them according to the true proverb, "The dog turns back to his own vomit, and the sow is washed only to wallow in the mire".

Every time you cross my mind, I break out in exclamations of thanks to God. [4] Each exclamation is a trigger to prayer. I find myself praying for you with a glad heart. [5] I am so pleased that you have continued on in this with us, believing and proclaiming God's Message, from the day you heard it right up to the present. [6] There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears.

Work in all of us Lord, make us all your instrument for YOUR glory!

:D
