This here is for a totally cat druid build.
This used to be my build... it is considered an okay teddy tanking build.
This is my current build... I like it alot... best of both worlds... however, if you are primarily going to use cat form in dungeons, you'll want to drop Improved Enrage and pick up Improved Shred.
If you want to be a restoblend, try this for cats or this for bears.
As to whether or not bears are better than cats...
Bears live longer, but deal about a third of the damage... also, they create threat, whereas kritties suppress it.
Basically, a bear is a tank class, a cat is a DPS class.
A note on gear:
A teddy's main stats are: Stamina, Armor, Critical%, and Defense, roughly in that order.
A kritty's main stats are: Strength, Agility, Critical%, and +Attackpower, also sketchily ordered.
