Is there a way to farm Duncan the Black after beating the 4 previous bosses without having to beat all 4 of them again every time?

No. Have to fight all before him each and every time.

edit: but the bosses before can be done in NM and then HM for Duncan.

Actually, this very question is being asked and confirmed on another gw website. A few have figured out an exploit involving some broken ai, hero portaling, etc. that would allow you to zone through the closed duncan door. That being said, I have not done it, nor do I endorse trying to do this. So technically, the answer to your question is yes, but in the same manner that botting something such as a drunkard title is against the rules, I wouldn't advise you pursue that option.

This was posted on the Guild Wars site last week. A March 11 game update.
 
I did see the bux fix, and it apparently did not completely fix the issue, as people have still been running speedclears of duncan only. Saw mention of deldrimor armor remnants going for 5k each in spamadan, when they used to go for 10-20k each.

Edit: I don't intend to be argumentative on this, really... And again, it's not something I've done firsthand.

For the record, the bug was not fixed properly and it's still possible to farm Duncan without killing the other 4 bosses. Reginator is correct.

However!!!......Doing this and doing this repeatedly is considered an exploit and it's debatable whether or not A-net will ban those who do.

Thankfully nobody in my guild farms, cuz if I found out they were doing that, they would face serious consequences. I have no qualms about kicking if one didn't stop after being talked to. And I know HOLY doesn't farm either, so I don't have to kick a guild, which I would do as well if needed.

And thanks for the heads up about the discounted Deld armor remnants- I will NOT buy any at all. (I haven't been in spamadan lately, nor knew of the bug)
