lol well vanaze technically u can call banging ur head to music dancing if u make ur arms move a little bit during that. u remember the techno song "hampster dance"? it went like: just clap ur hands to the beat u dont even have to move ur feet. and that was technically the hampster dance. back on topic. ya know its just what u feel u can do in worship to God. one thing i do, is since i know the words to most songs at my church i just close my eyes, semi rise my hands, and i just sing. even if its pretty loud and whatnot i'll still do that. i have my own thing and when my eyes are closed its like im somewhere else, praising God. when i open my eyes sometimes i have to remind my self where i am but other than that, it works for me.
