Feral Druid: AP vs Crit

I have around 2.1k AP and slightly over 30% crit rate self buffed (motw) in cat form. I also have just under 8k health in cat form (is that too low?).

I am going to start put on some enchants on my gear, because some of the items I will likely keep a while. Should I emphasize more AP or crit? I am thinking of putting on the following:

Gloves: Major Strength (+15 str). I think this is best for the cost, no?

2H: Savagery (+70AP) or Major Agility (+35 Agi, which is net 35 AP and 1.3% crit)... Mongoose would be nice, but a tad expensive :p

Boots: Agility (+12 Agi). Again this seems best for my dps set, no? Should I consider increasing my health, will I find that 8k health is too low going forward?

On my staff I am inclined to get Major Agility. All together if I do what I am thinking I will have about 2% more crit. How much crit should I shoot for before I am better off emphasizing AP more to make my crits more effectual?

Thanks in advance.
