Good Counter-Strike Source Servers

What are some good Counter-Strike Source servers to play on? I just want to play the occasional game but every server I go in, they bash me for being unable to consistently headshot people from 100 yards with the pistol. I just want to have fun, you know?
 
I found the tf one but nobody's populating it. I'll try that other one you mentioned. Also, a dude I know from the UT scene, {dKc}Masher, runs a few servers that are sometimes populated, but then he allows swearing on his. It's not populated with jerks like most of the servers though.
 
The Daggers have a source server running.. cs.thedaggers.net:27017


Though there's not often an admin influence on server...

this was the only decent server with less than decent lag for me..but the best i ping i could find....i foudn the ppl on there to be quite nice...tho...crowds come and go.so..i suppose...take your chances lol:;):
 
I hang out at TheGrounds.net Server, i have freinds over there and we dont bash people for pistol head shots, atleast i dont
