We used to do something similar in college, a group of us would gather on a corner, stare and point at the top of one of the buildings until a crowd gathered doing the same. Then we'd walk off, leaving everyone to wonder what they were doing.

Heh, I like it. One of my favorites was setting up a card table and folding chairs in one of the dorm elevators and playing poker in there. Got some priceless looks when the doors would open. Some people opted to take the stairs, and some took a long awkward ride down to the lobby with us. =)

Find the heaviest sleeper on the wing and half fill dixie cups ovr their entire floor...

Go to the shower and take their cloths and key, lock their cloths in their room and tape the ket to the stair well with the full glass windows...
