I know that Wend was asking earlier about the best way to grind Furblog rep. I found this site on wowwiki:

I think that you were specfically asking about the tribal feathers or beads. It appears that they both result in 50 points of rep. So grind out whichever is alower level, or has higher drops. Your choice (I haven't researched any further than that to see which will net you the most rep, fastest)
 
Whichever village is not being overrun by players at that moment will give the most drops. :P

The best rate I had was teaming with a mage with me healing the mage and him AEing mobs. We were able to down lots of mobs fast.
 
Seriously, as a healer grinding rep I find the Winterfall ones better, as the Deadwood ones have a very irritating curse that reduces healing effects by 50% for 2 minutes, which means that if you can't clear curses, you will have the curse the whole time you are grinding.

Also, Winterfall village, while it can be camped, once you learn the spawns you usually can always be in action, and it is very close to Everlook for unloading loot.
 
As a healer grinder I find that I can handle the north village in Felwood with little to no downtime as long as I don't pull more than 3 at a time (4 usually means my death or me running while trying to scream my head off). I think if I were to go to Winterspring I'd be much worse!!.
