Guild Bank update

When Orin got hacked someone pretty much cleared out the Guild Stash. Good news we had the valuable high level stuff in the Guild Trove, and no cash in the Stash. The Trove and Deep Cave were left untouched. So our security on the Guild Bank proved workable. I have moved a bunch of low level items up to the Stash from the Trove so we are still in the business of providing guild members what they need. To reiterate, we lost some stuff, but really didn't get hurt because the levels of access worked. Nothing to really get in a fluff and feathers over. So if you see some radical changes in what was in the Stash that is the reason. All is well.

Good job, Ursen... It's terrible that an emergency plan is needed, but it's good that it worked when it was.
