Should we change the guild Tabbard?

personally i would like a change but im weird and so it would be purple with blue pok a dots if i got to choose so i dont really mind! as long as teh guild is happy as a whole i am fine with anything!

Have a black background, which is what many people are wanting. This black(darkness) can be what life is like without Christ. It is what a lot of the world is in, unfortunatly. For the actual symbol, we could do a golden sun. The sun representing light, since He is our light in the darkness and is our salvation. In ancient times, light and the heat from that light were necessary in order to survive, and still is for plants. The golden color could help to represent the riches we have through Him in Heaven.

shoot, sence everyone is wanting black but black being a "dark" color, why not make it white?

You know this doesn't surprise me....all he does is think about how it looks on him....you know what if your outfits changes...we have to change out tabbard again for you mr bark man....no way...it is time i make a stand for all druids out there....we are FREE!!!!

I really don't mind either way if we change it or not...

oo or what we could do is use alhanas idea and put it on black instead of red that way its a dif design and it fits the black idea!
and the black can show the corruption of the world and the sword and sheild of faith coming through the darkness

If we do that we have to make the border red to represent the blood of Christ.

I kinda like this icon, looks like a Crown of Thorns around a Crucifix .
Red for the blood and white cause we are Redeemed and clean from sin.
Black n grey looks cool and will match Tree's outfits.

Black is the most popular tabard, I kinda like standing out, please no black background.

A dark red, blue or purple is nice though....

Just no black or white backgrounds please!
 
I was going to say that I liked the white but I kinda agree with Fritz, if anything we should be different from the 'popular' tabards. But that's just me ;)
 
I didn't know we were voting on a tabard. Sorry, but when I saw the change I sold my tabard. The idea of the crown of thorns over a cross is nice, but it doesn't look good to me on the brownish black color. A tabard isn't everything and I don't mind not wearing one, but it would be nice if it was something that everyone liked and would wear. I know the color is supposed to be something else, like purple, but unfortunately a whole lot of people are going to see it as brown or black. Seems to me that having this thread run a bit longer before changing the tabard might have been more of an idea of what people like.
 
I'm with Schmeea...the last one didn't go with my outfit either...pink and red clash imo...but poop brown is worse. The dagger iin the middle of a circle reminds me of a traffic sign..."ok to gank" lol. But if Tree is happy...
 
what it changed and i didnt see it? sad! o btw can u make your own tabard and not have it be guild just your own?
 
Here's a modification i did.

Red Background for the blood of Christ by which we are Redeemed, the Sword & shield to represent the Shield of Faith & the Sword of the Spirit.

Purple background to represent the Royalty of Christ, sword & shield represent the same as before.
