Guild Wars 2 Website - Official Start Time!

It is new and according to it the start of the head start weekend will be 12 noon PST. If I'm reading this wrong let me know...but it looks like we all wont have to be up before dawn playing.WOOT!!!!!

Before people start asking questions and getting confused. Right now the clock on the GW2 website reflects your system's clock, which means it'll set itself for noon "your time zone."
Just to clarify: The servers will go live MIDNIGHT PDT / 3am EDT.

To clarify: Countdown timer uses your system time. So it reflects your local timezone. ^MK

Also: The game will go live for everybody at the same time. ^MK

I tell the webguys to check the timer tomorrow. NOW we are off, good night! ^MK

I jumped on GW2 guru to see what everyone would be saying. Mainly to giggle a little at everyone that is going to complain that East Coast players get 2.5 days rather than 3. I was amused to find everyone trying to figure out what the actual start time was since it changed for everyone's system clock. xD

Fantastic news This means that I can start playing at early launch whether I'm working that day or not. I'll just fire it up while working

UPDATE! Twitter clarifies. It's not Noon PDT, it's midnight.
