GW2 Problem Identified

Well eventhough the Support Team is busy as ever,
they figured out my video card "Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset"
is not enough to meet the minimum requirements

I was a bit upset at first but i still can't help but appreciate
that they took time to answer me personally in a kind manner.
So it will be sometime before i will be able to join LOE on GW2

Unfortunately the option of selling my laptop online
to get cash for a new system is a bust.
they only offer $69-$100..cost me over $900 in 2008
i need around $600 for a desktop with decent RAM,
a good Video Card and Processor.

For a non gamer it is very fast since the RAM upgrade
and still is a great computer
The only flaw is the battery doesn't charge so i removed it
and i run it with the AC plug or w/e you call it

who knows maybe i can sell it through facebook lol

That's basically the gist of it. You simply can't expect any on-board video card to perform on any sort of serious game, if it even runs. Worse yet, if you don't start with an actual card there is likely no room to add one. That's why I always recommend folks get one with a built-in card if they even consider gaming.

Very sorry you got stuck in this position! If you can't get much out of your laptop, may just keep it around. I hope that things work out for you soon on a new desktop.
