Ahhh yes, Thank you Holy Spirit for the reminder.

4 years ago today God helped me to quit smoking cigarettes.

Glory to God! It was because of Your delivering power that I became set free from smoking and because of it my health has improved.

Thank You Lord for setting me free from so many things.
