Halloween trailer and info - Don't open any black lion chests yet!

...is on guildwars2.com. Cool trailer, but there is new info revealing that Black lion chests have a chance to drop unique skinned items. So, be sure not to open any between now and then!
 
Heh, yeah same, hopefully they drop more often or are on sale. If ANet is smart they'll run a sale and make a killing.
 
oops. I burn them when I get them. I always hope for another key to see how many opens I can chain in a row. 3 was my longest chain. lol
 
Yeah, same. I've opened about 30 so far, and now I see that I should've saved...who knew. :) If that chainsaw is a greatsword, it will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.

Lesson #2: events have nice goodies, and you will want gems. Don't wait until event announcement to start stocking gems; get them before they spike.
 
What are the chances that we'll see this stuff back again next year? Based on experience from GW1.

Will things like the weapons skins be exclusive to Halloween '12, or will they be included in chest drops yearly?
 
There is a positive to the gem prices rising, I won't be tempted to spend coin on gems and will be able save for Christmas.
 
Yes but that is fake demand. No where near that many keys...just people tricking other people into buying chests, lol.
 
Anyone want my chests? I get like 3 a day sometimes and my keys only came from 100% world completion ... which is done.
