If you actually *owned* two XBoxes and two TVs, yea. But we've hooked it up for a weekend one time, borrowing the gear we needed to hook it up and - man! - was it awesome. 8 players going at it in DM or CTF. Reminded me of the good ol' days of Mario Kart - endless nights of balloon popping and red shell hoarding.

Anyways, I haven't played Halo 2 so I can't vouch for it's fun factor, but everybody seems to agree it rocks in one shape or form . Even if, as Rizz says, they didn't really improve on anything, we have to remember that Halo players have been duking it out on Wizard and Blood Gulch or far too long and they're starving for some new maps!

I can say i have both. I got ATI coupon which gave me free HL2 and CS:S. And my friend has an xbox and this lan party i'll get to show off hl2 and play halo2 as well.
