Hello, I am currently a WoW player, playing with Redeemed... I am having some problems with a few things...I will try to explain, and then I was wanting to know if GW would be good alternative...

Actually, instead of explaining it I will just post the link to the post that I posted to Redeemed: http://cgalliance.org/forums/showthread.php?t=24703

Thank you for taking your time to read this and respond...

Like i said in my post before, i would take a few days off and see how you feel. I would also pray about it. God wants to know EVERYTHING. He wants to hear whats important to US. ALL OF IT.

But as for the time concern and Guild Wars. You cant do much with a 1-2 hour play time. But you CAN advance in the storyline and get stuff done. Guild Wars (just as a recreational game) isnt a big grinder. If you want to get to get the "elite" titles/stuff that will take some time/grinding. But i have been able to get on Guild Wars for only two hours and leave feeling like i have done something. I also think it depends on ones play style. I might have used up all my free trials with other guildies, but maybe someone else has a trail code they could let you have and you can try it out for a week or something. Just to see if you like the game style and dynamics and the whole gist of it. Of course, i would do that after your gaming fast for however long you decided.

I have a trial key if you want to give it a shot.I think you can get alot done in 1-2 hours but there are very few things you could do in 15min. I would also recommend NightFall as the version you try. It moves along faster than the original game and heros added in this game make it easier to play by yourself when you don't have time to wait around for a group to form and you can alway add the other games later.

I play GW and WoW and buddy, GW is so much better and its a much more casual helpful environment than wow

I sent you a pm with a nightfall trial key. I belive it has a time limit as well as a number of days limit so if the phone rings and you are not playing turn off the game lol

uh..i thinks its 2 weeks or 10 hours, whichever comes first...i know what came first for me, lol

You can give any of the characters in my sig a pm during game if you want to tag along for some early nightfall missions, without having to worry about learning the miniscule stuff; since trial is only 10 hours long.

and send me a PM or post in here when you get on the game so i can give you a guild invite so you can pal around with us.

Okay, moving on, what is there to do at level 20? (This will be the biggest selling point if you can make this sound good...)

Everything. You really cant do much pre-20. But after lvl 20 you can go do the harder stuff, get better stuff, and get titles. After lvl 20 you have to get places to be able to go to the "elite" areas. Like Fissure of Woe, Underworld, Sorrow's Furrnace. And those are about the closet things to raids.. well.. as much as i know about raids.. Other people will give more info.

To be brutally honest, I was getting really bored with GW before I hit lvl 20 on my first character, somehow everything becomes more enjoyable to do after lvl 20. Better locations to explore, better meanies to hurt, and shinier loot! what else can a MMORPG aficionado ask for? :)

I am just asking again...my bro is over at my house, and wants to try out GW, could I get another trial key for my bro?

ya, i hope someone gave ya a PM or something. I would have given ya one.. but alas, i am out.. *cry*

No, but mine ran out now, and I got laid off, so purchase of it isn't in line for me right now, I would like to play it, I really enjoyed it... I am also VERY VERY VERY interested in GW2, because not being able to jump got on my nerves...lol... Thank you for letting me enjoy a great game... Hopefully sometime next month I can pick up the game...
