Um, I've arrived in Menethil, so how could I get to you guys or to Stormwind?

Well, you need to traverse the highly contested wetlands and get to Ironforge. If you do it without out dieing, it will take about 20 minutes. Then from there, you take the highspeed tram to stormwind.
btw...you just might want to grab a group of high level guildies to escort you. Unfortunately, you often find a band of high level horde ganking lowbies in the wetlands.

Yeah, I made it to Ironforge with the help of a fellow guild member

I just got the portals for the Night Elf city so now if anyone needs to get over to Ironforge or Stormwind just let me know.
