Here is a video that has a slightly different strategy (not an actual strat vid, just a kill vid ) but it has interesting methods of dealing with the various mechanics.

Like the way they deal with the mechanics...looks like they send 3 a side to deal with the lightning and then just chain it as per usual...I like the way they cluster in the bubble to deal with the ice wall and to kill the crystal....how many healers did they have and which classes (I think I saw healing rain and a circle of healing but not sure who else)
