I started work yesterday at 8am. It is now 3:15am, 19.25hours later. I get to go home soon. Just doing the backups. Month ends are just a troublesome bother

By the time I clean up, lock up and go home, I might as well stay and work tomorrow as well. :P

Nah, I am taking tomorrow and Friday off (one day because its Canada day, an the other in lieu of this very, very long day.) I'm going camping with the family to our cottage. w00t!!! I will be taking a very long break and will not be back until Sunday evening.

Its very much different when you are young and do not have the demands of a family on top of it all

I was young once and putting in 12 - 18hr days were no biggy. Then you get married....and the wonderful wife needs some time, then there are the kids, school, professional development, CGA\TOJ...you get my drift.
 
Hmmmm you think us ladies need attn. That's one point in your favor. My husband would say I need too much attn. But he tends to be a bit addicted to comp games.

aye laddies do need attention hence why i am single and am trying to avoid them like the plague,

dont want to neglect or abuse her by not giving her the time that she deserves

oh man, I love my job. My uncle(aka boss) calls me up, and tells me what days I'm working, then I basically show up whenever, and then leave whenever. The work is exciting too. Its construction type work.
