how are people chosen for raids?

I've got a serious question about this. I am on during many of the nights redeemed raids. Not all of them though. I have about 200 ep. I've been on one redeemed raid that did not go far since the ep system started. All those are from "on time" EP.

I have cleared the first couple wings of ICC 10 and 25 on Healsalot so I know the fights well, and have ended up having to do pugs the last few weeks with hylander because All i get is my ep for on time then I'm out.

I know we have too many people to take all of them all the time when we do 10 mans. I see the same core group going though and mostly the same ones sitting out twiddling our thumbs.

There needs to be more of a set rotation so people are not left out all the time.

I've cleared the first wing with hylander on 10 and 25 multiple times and most of the second wing. I do this in pugs though when I would much rather be doing it with Redeemed. I don't need much gear, I do need frost emblems and there are a few drops I would like. My GS is almost 300 and I would be a valuable dps for any raid.
 
just curious, how high are you in dps when you raid (e.g., top 3? or top 5?)?
 
Heals talk to me in game. I can visit in vent with you about this situation anytime. I will also keep a eye out for you. We try to be fair and make sure that no one gets left out more than anyone else. Also I will take this opportunity to talk about Veteran Status. We are bringing it back again and are going to try and put emphasis on ICC to push forward. To be a Veteran will be a commitment. It will not be for everyone. Please see the post that will be coming to explain more. For now Healsalot/Hylander please keep coming and be consistent. You will get your shot to go. I know from being a raid leader I always want someone with a positive attitude a prepared character and skills. Keep asking and being available.
 
For your info and everyone else's. We are keeping a left behind list that the Activity Coords can check periodically to have an idea of who was left behind and when. If someone feels they are being left out, please bring it to the attention of one of the officers/GL's so we can address the issue.
 
i hope we are also trying to start a "late" group that will run toc and icc 10s but will start later and this may help with some of the problem
