Finishing the hydraxian waterlord quests will get you one of the following rings of your choice:

Both rings have +15 fire resist which is nice for lava packs, certain bosses, and for Rag. There is a long chain of quests which start at Duke Hydraxis located in Azshara. He is a water elemental represented by the big patch yellow squares in the picture:

If you are 60, he will give you two quests, finish both of them before returning to him to continue the chain. The last two quests lead you to MC. Once you finish the last quest you get to choose between the rings, as well as essence to douse the runes in MC to summon Domo.
This chain takes a while to complete, took me about 4 weeks to do mine. Not worth doing if your not interested in MC/fr since the quest requires stuff in MC. Feel free to ask questions if you have them.
