I got my job back!!!!

Hey everybody --- GREAT NEWS --- I got my job back!:D

I work at a local elementary school and it's great...however...they have two months off during the summer, and since I was the last one hired, that meant if enrollment didn't stay up that I wouldn't be called back to work come this next week. :eek:

The great news is that I got a call back today and they want me there at 8:30 Monday morning....I AM SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!:D

I will be working with first graders.:)

first graders... good luck with the spastic little kids and screaming and crying... and hitting...

on a non-pessimistic note; GOOD TO KNOW YOU GOT YOUR JOB! I HOPE IT'S AS EXCITING AS YOU THINK IT WILL BE!
 
Since I've already done this, I'm not too worried.

I love being around children....I love working with children who may not have as much as others - in other words, they scream and cry for a reason - I love nurturing their souls and making them feel good about who they are;)
 
got news today that enrollment is down....which means after ten days I could be told that my position doesn't fit into the budget --- please pray...I love this, I love these children....
 
Ok the official numbers are in....we need 59 children enrolled by next Tuesday or else three positions will be cut...so far one has already been cut...

I'm hoping and praying that I get to keep this job...
