This is a really great site. It doesn't just tell you what your dominate gifts are, but it customizes the explaination based on your answers. I would recommend each of you try it and share what your two dominate gifts are and share some of the highlights of what it explains. Now before it gives your results, it will ask for personal answers about you. Don't worry. Just fake some addresses and you can move on and get your results. Its up to you. As for me, my 2 dominate gifts are: (along with a sample of the personalized report given to me)

As for those concerned for me and praying for me, I do very much appreciate it. I am fine. I took a bus down to my dad who lives in Orlando Flordia. Very good sight. I guess my only problem with it are the three choices you get to respond with on each answer. That tends to make it difficult for me to asnswer them to the best of my abilities.

You would work well as an encourager with those who are discouraged and as a counselor in a drug or alcohol program, rescue mission, poverty program, half-way house or runaway ministry or in a shelter for abused women and children. Hey Bowser, i think id have to agree with it. At work, the guys always send me after our lazy service advisor(s) because they never give us the r. o. (repair order) for the cars on time, then the customers get antsy. Gotta remember, i'll bite!

I love this. We all seem to be led to help others in their walk with Christ and seem to have teaching or pastoring in common. Though we get to see how each of us differ in awesome ways:

LionOfJudah - teaching - The Professor (He's kind and knowledgable, always ready to help and advise)
Bowser - administration - Mr. Delegator (His heart leads him to help keep the Body organized and active)
Odale - exhortation - Mr. Modivator (A great brother who's encouragement rivals that of Barnabus)

Hehe. Keep those results coming! This is a good way to not only give you a rough estimate of your spiritual abilities, but also learn more about your brothers and sisters here.

Thank you for the site address. This comes at a very interesting time in my life. A friend came over yesterday to tell me she had ordered a book for me by Dan Miller. Basically he believes that we should map our careers on our Spiritual gifts.

Hey counselor. I know its not perfect and complete, but its a pretty fair gauge. Think of your three choices as this:

1. That happens to me all the time / I always seem to do that.
2. That sometimes happens to me. / I sometimes feel that way.
3. That never happens / I've never felt led to do that.

That's what I had in mind when answering the questions. So give it a try at least and see what comes. Sounds like teacher would be one of your gifts. :)

heh in the last one i took administartion was top at like 23, just kinda depends on the day on how well organized i am ^_^. i guess "the professor" fits, i think i am like odale and going into FT ministry (probably the most high risk occupation ever.)

HOW CAN YOU USE YOUR DOMINANT GIFT? You do not necessarily have to teach the Bible to be a help to the church ministry. Although you can help with interpretation or teaching teachers and others, you may teach in areas such as education, business, finance, or computers. You may enjoy writing and developing curriculum.
